Who runs this site
This website, DisputeValet Literacy Coach, is a demonstration site operated by Gamboa Software LLC, the company behind DisputeValet.com. DisputeValet Literacy Coach is a sample education group, not a real organization. See the Demo Disclosure for the full explanation.
What this site collects
- Forms: nothing. The contact, workshop, membership and other forms on this site are demonstrations. When you press submit, your browser shows a notice and nothing is sent, stored, registered or enrolled.
- Calculators and quizzes: these run entirely in your browser. The numbers and answers you enter are not sent anywhere and are not kept after you leave the page.
- Demo members' portal: the sample sign-in uses prefilled details and reads nothing you type. It sets one flag in your browser's session storage so the sample portal opens; the flag holds no personal information and is cleared when you sign out or close the tab.
- Cookies: this site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
- Server logs: the site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to run and secure the service.
Third parties
- Google Fonts: page fonts load from Google's servers, so your browser connects to Google when you open a page.
- DisputeValet.com: when you follow a link to DisputeValet.com, or view the DisputeValet overview shown on the Credit Literacy page, your browser connects to DisputeValet.com and sends the address of the page you came from (the "Referer"), so DisputeValet knows you arrived from DisputeValet Literacy Coach. From then on, the DisputeValet privacy policy applies.

This site is not directed to children under 13.
